Default Void not Producing Audio

My Corsair Void Gaming Headset is now, after about 2 weeks of use, stopped producing sound in both ear cups when plugged in, turned on, and set to the default play back device in settings. If it does produce sound, the audio is very small, even when at it's maximum volume. Please help!

Could be a faulty headset. Try the headset on another computer.

if its the same, contact your retailer and see whether they can replace the headset for you. If not, request an RMA to replace the headset with Corsair.
