Default Questions about keyboard RMA

The RMA for my K95 Platinum went through, I'm just confused as to what to include in the box. Do i include the wrist rest?

Also, I have a keycap missing - I have pointed it out in the ticket but just to make sure - will it go through fine?

Hello,

We would need the keyboard itself, if you do not have some of the key caps you're fine. If you have the wrist rest can you please return that as well.
