VanGendt Posted August 31, 2019 Share Posted August 31, 2019 So the other day when I turned on my PC there was a weird noise coming from my case, and it sounds like it came from the top of the radiator, I quickly turned my PC off and turned it back on and boom the noise was gone, come today I turned it on again and there was the horrible noise yet again (link to video showing the noise [ame]https://youtu.be/AlNXDOXOvQA[/ame]). Something is loud, presumably the pump, but I can't tell where the microphone is in relation to it in order to gauge the amplitude. Do your basic checks to make sure the pump is running. Look at iCUE. What speed profile are you running and what RPM does it show? That sounds very mechanical to me rather than air bubbles, but nevertheless it still might be a good idea to cycle between the Quiet 1100 RPM setting and the Extreme 2850 setting a few times to try and push anything in pump altering the tone.
