slyphnier Posted January 21, 2011 Share Posted January 21, 2011 hello everyone i just wondering i have been using AX750 that making noises, i think its depends on power noise, if the noise high, then the buzz getting high too all in that still bearable to me.. as corsair rep in here + corsair distributor in my local make me believe that nothing wrong with PSU i am wondering, if i am using higher capacity, ie AX850 or AX1200 will it help with noise ? if yes i might try get AX850 my pc not that power hunger i7 950 . gigabyte GA-X58-UD7 . corsair 6GB and AMD 5850, all in default clock Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted January 22, 2011 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 22, 2011 The AX750 is more than enough to power your system, so I would not suspect that the AX850 or AX1200 would change anything. Although the PSU is not completely silent, it should be queit and should not be loud enough to be bothersome. If you feel that the PSU is too loud then we can definitely try replacing it for you.
