DerekT
It will be all acrylic except for the latches which come from a window side panel ordered from Corsair 3/8" thick Cell Cast Clear acrylic. http://img193.imageshack.us/img193/6555/600t007.jpg http://img231.imageshack.us/img231/7127/600t011.jpg http://img846.imageshack.us/img846/2052/600t020.jpg http://img846.imageshack.us/img846/9927/600t014.jpg http://img854.imageshack.us/img854/8773/600t019.jpg http://img844.imageshack.us/img844/1444/600t008.jpg http://img64.imageshack.us/img64/8268/600t018.jpg http://img813.imageshack.us/img813/5630/600t017.jpg http://img59.imageshack.us/img59/4018/600t012.jpg

Witblitz
Pardon my stupidity, but why would you do an all acrylic side then inlay it with foam? Open that baby up!
stratosrally
Wow, very nice! The foam cuts down on noise and hides drive bays which are the least attractive part of the interior anyway... It'd be really choice if you got the Corsair logo between the foam and the acrylic to liven up the expanse of gray. Just get a local vinyl shop to cut it out, would be the crowning touch! DerekT
Pardon my stupidity, but why would you do an all acrylic side then inlay it with foam? Open that baby up! Good question. I wanted to hide the drives and cages and it's a metal-flake not foam. Just get a local vinyl shop to cut it out, would be the crowning touch! Tough go that ;P

xavierleveque
How was it fitting the bottom part, did you just make a rectangle piece and slot out for the tabs in the case?
DerekT
How was it fitting the bottom part, did you just make a rectangle piece and slot out for the tabs in the case? Yes, it keeps tight due to a melted lip. It's gone now. I'm getting an 800D for my next build.
