Hesht Posted October 5, 2020 Share Posted October 5, 2020 For the last few weeks, seemingly at random, when I try and click-and-hold the left mouse button down it keeps unclicking and reclicking. This means when I try and drag-and-drop something it could release what I was dragging, click on whatever the cursor happens to be over at the time, and start dragging that instead as I move the mouse. Have you tried forcing a firmware update through iCUE? It may also be worth trying a reset. To reset a computer mouse: Unplug the mouse.With the mouse unplugged, hold down the left and right mouse buttons.While holding down the mouse buttons, plug the mouse back into the computer.After around 5 seconds, release the buttons. You will see an LED flash if it resets successfully. If neither of these work, I recommend getting in touch with our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com as they'll be able to help you further troubleshoot (if necessary) and provide any necessary solutions.
