K95 rgb

Last Monday (May 2nd) I emailed the KBinquiries@corsair.com address as advised in this post regarding my K95 RGB:

After a week of not hearing anything I raised a support ticket which I understand has a 1-2 day response rate.

 

At the start of the 3rd day I used the live chat to chase the ticket and was advised I'd receive a response by the end of the day.

 

Can someone from Corsair confirm when / if I'll get a response?

KBinquiries email is not the right place to RMA your keyboard. You would have to create a ticket on our portal.

 

You can submit a ticket for a replacement on our support website at http://corsair.force.com. Please make sure you attach a copy of your receipt to your ticket so that we may verify and honor the warranty. Our Tech Support will then review your ticket and give you feedbacks within 1-2 business days.

 

Please provide me with your RMA # once completed.

Thanks for the reply, I raised a ticket Monday with a copy of my invoice, followed it up with a live chat yesterday but still no response, I guess now it's a case of waiting til next week?

Nearly at the 7 week mark now since I've been advised of the 4-8 week timeframe and I've still not had an actual response to my ticket (which is now 9 weeks old)

 

I must say I don't feel overwhelmed with confidence.
