Andrew55 Posted August 8, 2017 Share Posted August 8, 2017 CUE Version 2.15.83 / Firmware Version 2.04 My sabre RGB mouse has started to malfunction sporadically while in use. I have tried many things in order to resolve the malfunction including. Reseting and updating root hubs. Restarting computer. Using different usb ports. Updating chipset and bios drivers. Updating usb drivers. Manipulation of mouse cable to detect a short. Updating and downgrading of cue software. CUE is showing a red ! malfunction next to the mouse. I purchased this mouse April 19 2017 from a local computer shop. Any help would be appreciated, or if there is a better place to post please let me know.
