PhilipF
Hi! Less than a week ago I bought a new Corsair Glaive RGB. It has been working great until yesterday. Now the scroll wheel click doesn't work as it did before. Before, I was able to just click it once and it would register. Now I have to hold down the scroll wheel button for 3 seconds before it registers. This is really annoying me when I am trying to close tabs in Chrome and when playing games, as I have scroll click bound to abillities. Any ideas of how I can fix this? The wheel and button still works fine, it just takes time for it to register.
Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted December 7, 2017 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 7, 2017 Try a soft reset by unplugging the mouse, hold the left and right buttons, then plug the mouse back in. After 5 secs, release the buttons. If this doesn't correct the issue, you can replace the mouse through the retailer if it is still under their warranty, or submit a ticket through our support site and one of our Technical Support agents can help you with the replacement. http://support.corsair.com
