jrwininger
Anyone having issues with the Corsair ball valve? Mine won't close all way way and tends to leak, so I had to put another plug on the end. The handle doesn't seem to turn far enough. Is this defective? skyteam78
If it doesn't close it may be defective. I received one from Bitspower (The corsair one should be identical) and it close perfect.

c-attack
^^^ As above and always cap it. However, the valve should close without massive force, so it seems that one did not come off the assembly line quite right.
Corsair Employee Corsair GregX Posted August 12, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted August 12, 2019 Anyone having issues with the Corsair ball valve? Mine won't close all way way and tends to leak, so I had to put another plug on the end. The handle doesn't seem to turn far enough. Is this defective? I would suggest to inspect if there is any particle in the valve that could prevent it to fully close. Make sure to take a few picture and reach to our support.corsair.com for further assistance.
