Void Pro USB RGB lights keep turning off.

I contacted support already and they sent me a new headset but it is having the same problems. They before that had told me to uninstall the iCUE software and delete it from the registry, it hasn't fixed the problem. So say I click on blue solid light for example. It will show up on the headset and after 3 or 4 seconds it turns the light off on it's own.
