rma issue
how do i start a rma when proof of purchase is required on the rma,this is on the corsair store where it was purchased at.

All RMAs start the same way, through our support portal. You can go to the Corsair Store and take a screenshot of the invoice page and attach that to the ticket, or mention the order number in a comment, or just mention that it was purchased on the Corsair Store and what email address it was purchased under.
Just keep in mind that the last 2 options (order number / email address) will take more time, as they'll have to contact a different department to validate the purchase.
