Default warranty

Boa tarde, comprei um cooler H80i em 15/07/2015 e ontem ele parou de funcionar - a bomba. Foi comprado com Nota Fiscal, no Brasil, via Mercado Livre mas de loja com CNPJ e NF-e, direitinho... Como faço para trocar em RMA? Muito grato por qualquer ajuda.

If it was purchased from an end user it wouldn't have a warranty. If it was purchased from a retail store it would.
