horne65 Posted February 17, 2019 Share Posted February 17, 2019 Sorry if this has been covered before. I have a TX850M which I have just noticed whilst changing cases has a broken fan blade. Does anybody know if I can replace this with a suitable fan or is it a genuine Corsair part only and if so where can I get one lickety plit? I am not sure how old this unit is but I do not feel the need to have to fork out for another unit when this one has, on till now, never caused me a problem. Its also not quite as easy as buying a 120mm fan and swapping it in, PSU fans use different fan connections. The TX850m uses a 2 wire fan, You would need to re-pin the connector on to a new fan.
