Shameel Posted May 12, 2019 Share Posted May 12, 2019 Hi, Any one experience intermittent connection with their k83 wireless entertainment keyboard. Doesnt matter if i use bluetooth or the usb reciever out still seems to be the same. I tried multiple versions of icue and no change. I tried disconnecting all other usb devices. I tried using usb 2 and 3(front and back ports). Tried updsting the firmware still nothing. Even if connected via cable it does has this intermittent/lag input. Please help. Shameel Posted May 15, 2019 Author Share Posted May 15, 2019 Yes I have tried on 3 PCs, Router was close to my pc but I have moved that now into another room and still have an issue. I also tried switching of the router and bluetooth devices around me and still have an issue, I noticed the KB disconnects from ICUE and reconnects while I use it.
