Default Order Status

This past weekend, I ordered a replacement AMD mounting bracket for my H110i GT since I've lost mine. I was given the order number #1800000296 in an email, but I have no way of checking the status of this order since I purchased it using a guest account.

I've seen old threads where people have gotten help with this type of thing by posting their order number here - is that still a thing? We're on the third business day since I placed the order and I haven't received a tracking number.
