BrumBrumBrum
So I can't save a profile to the Device, here is a screenshot that might help. I can click on the save lighting and performance to Device button, but it doesn't work. The firmware is v.3.08 and the Version of iCUE is 3.27.68 Edited March 28, 2020 by BrumBrumBrum
gustjar
Firmware 3.08 and ICUE 3.27.68. I hit the "save static lighting and performance to device" button and nothing happens. I've done a soft reset on the keyboard but nothing seems to work. Static profile only works when ICUE is running. At boot, the keyboard is Red

JoeMB
I was just about to make a post about this but BrumBrumBrum beat me to it. I'm also having the same issue with my Corsair K70 LUX. I'm using the same firmware and iCUE version as gustjar.
c-attack
Those of you with older "save to device" type keyboards or mice will not be able to save hardware lighting on 3.27. It appears to be a glitch in the new save system. You can roll back to 3.26 if necessary, but remember your profiles are not backwards compatible and you will see an empty profile list on load. You may want to wait it out for 3.28 unless it is urgent.
