The iCue commander pro says that it is compatible with the AX860i however I'm not sure how you could connect it after looking at the cables which come with with the commander pro. Has anyone figured out a solution for this?

It should come with this:

You need to connect that to a usb header and then the cable from the corsair link to the the power supply. you don't need a commander pro for this. Just an open usb2 header. You could use one of the headers off the copro. But you don't need a copro to make the ax860i work in icue. The copro is for managing fans, temp monitoring, and rgb only. The link for any of the higher end corsair power supplies is usb.

CoPro has 2 USB headers, there's a cable coming from the PSU that ends with a USB plug... I don't really see the problem.

By the way, I have both and connected.
