Module not seen as "Corsair" RAM after firmware update

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB DDR4-3200 CL16

 

Need some help. I don't know the exact cause of this buffoonery, but I believe it started after I did a RAM firmware update via iCue.

 

Now, one module isn't being seen as CORSAIR ram at all.

 

Windows and hwinfo64 all see all 4 modules of 8gb each, but that one module isn't seen as corsair.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've Googled quite a bit and tried many workarounds, but nothing.

 

Is there anything I can do?

Maybe... But icue recognizes 3 of the 4 modules. I'm at a loss. I'm going to try to return them to newegg. Hope everything works out.

I assume you have tried swapping the modules into different slots, and removing some modules? Does the problem follow the particular sticks or does it stay with the slot? Or is it totally random?

It follows the module. I ended up rma'n the ram back to newegg. I hope everything works out. I'm so disappointed...

OK, def looking like a product problem. That is disappointing, hopefully your replacement has it sorted.
