I updated both Icue and firmware but occasionally mouse just stops working. Cursor is freezed for between 1 and 10 seconds. Problem occurs between 1 up to 5-7 times every hour and it's really annoying. You can find my logs attatched. zielakxar Posted September 17, 2019 Author Share Posted September 17, 2019 (edited) I was trying to solve it myself but no standard stuff like reinstalling etc works. I've also noticed mouse lighting keeps reverting to green despite it being setup white in iCue. I even tried turning leds off completly but after a while it keeps reverting to green completly ignoring what's put in iCue software and causing problems with freezes.
