Default Cant Create RMA for H100i RGB PLATINUM SE *Lot 1852

What to do when corsair recalls a product but you can not create a ticket for it?
Just met by black screen after log in, but funny enough only when i go through the recall process

You are having trouble creating a ticket on Support.corsair.com? Can you try to see if you can create a ticket using a different browser? If you are able to do so let me know the ticket number and we will help you with the recall.
