Corsair RM750i dips in efficiency

So I started getting electrical buzz coming from my GPU / GPU Motherboard socket area once GPU hits certain clock speed and PSU hits 200 Watt, Tried a different GPU and same result - GPU / GPU Socket area has coil whine. (to be noted that I had this GPU Mobo PSU combo since I bought the PC around April 2018 - Asus GTX 1070 DUAL OC + Asus prime Z370-A + Corsair RM750i Gold + and I have never experienced anything like those sounds to like last week).

Since that I started monitoring my PSU through iCUE and noticed that my PSU Efficiency dips under 87% to sometimes even 60% at even Idle state of PC, 87% is the minimal amount of the PSU (80+ Gold), Could this point to a faulty PSU? I dont have experience with PSUs at all.

It actually isn't. 87% is the minimum efficiency at 20% load. PSUs tend to be VERY, exponentially, inefficient at lower loads.

Note the nose dive the PSU makes at 100W.
