Synthohol Posted April 13, 2011 Share Posted April 13, 2011 i print out double of everything Corsair emailed me. i put one copy of all pages in the box, i write the RMA# on the outside of the box twice in black marker and tape the shipping label provided. also if its a modular PSU no need to send the cables or power cord, just the raw PSU and whatever is attached to it :) good luck and im sorry to hear you had to RMA something.
