Ciralias Posted July 9, 2020 Share Posted July 9, 2020 (edited) I have had my Corsair void RGB Wireless headset since september 2017. Now a year ago my battery just randomly quit working properly. Now i can't play wirelss and it only goes on when connected to my pc. Now i've made peace with that. (ICUE says it's 100% charged but when pulling out the wire it goes to 5% and turns off) But recently my void keeps turning off randomly, no warning or anything and this is very frustrating while gaming because i constantly have to keep turning it on. Ive contacted costumer support but haven't had a reply yet (understandable with everything going on and so). Just wondering if other people had this problem and maybe have a fix? Auto shutdown mode is disabled in ICUE. Currently i have had this problem with Final Fantasy XV Windows Edition and youtube running in the background sometimes. My specs: CPu: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRo 16 GB / 3600 Mhz GPU: Gigabyte RTX 2070 Windforce MOBO: MSI Tomahawk Max B450 Worst scenario possible would be to buy another headset at the moment wich would very much suck.
