Brack Posted September 28, 2019 Share Posted September 28, 2019 Hi, I sent my Ram via Royal Mail 14/9 next day delivery to Bolton. Due to Royal Mail it wasn’t received until 20/9 I’ve since then been discussing my replacement and long story short you can’t offer me like for like so it’s gone to the returns team. I was told they’d get back to me within 2 working days but it’s been 4 now. I’m quite keen to hear something as I’ve been 2 weeks without a working pc.
