ralph2190 Posted January 20, 2020 Share Posted January 20, 2020 I was in the process of updating the firmware on my k63 using iCue. However the update failed due to an unknown reason and now whenever I plug in my k63, I am greeted with a windows drive with a title "CRP DISABLED" with a single file in there called firmware.bin.
