Question Force 360GB, constantly freezing!

I bought this SSD several years ago, I've tested a little bit of web surffing and game playing, everything worked great. Since I wasn't playing any load demanding game, I stopped using my SSD for quite some time.

Yesterday, when I felt like playing a mod for M:TW 2, when the OS initialized, I noticed some constantly extremely annoying freezings, either on web surffing and more aggravating inside the game.
Since I never had this problem before, how do I fix this?

My SSD is set on AHCI.
Firmware is updated to the lastest version.
Power usage is set on performance and never sleep.

Can you try the drive on another computer? Does it work fine?

Unfortunely I have no other computer to try it.
I've been thinking about formating it, it couldn't get any worse, hopefully.
