Default Audio Problem - Corsair Vengeance Gamer H1500

Hello!

First of all, I would like to apologize for possible misinterpretations in the text. I'm posting on the forum with the help of the Google translator, because I'm Brazilian and I do not speak English.

I recently purchased a Corsair H1500 Headset and am having problems with the audio.

When I watch videos on youtube or when I'm playing and want to adjust the volume level using the Headset's own controller, the audio disappears and the controller LED goes from blue to purple. I can only solve the problem by disconnecting the USB Headset and reconnecting it again.

I have Windows 10 1607, and I have the most updated drivers I found in the Corsair download area (2.0.37 - 09/28/2015). I also tried to use the Headset on another computer, however, the problem also occurs.

I wonder if there is a way to solve this problem.

I thank you for your attention. =)

Have you made sure Windows, USB Chipset drivers are up to date? If so, Contact your retailer for a replacement as it seems the headset could possibly be faulty if the issue is present on a different device.

I've already made the switch, however, the problem persists. I think it's something related to software. I found several internet accounts out of users having the same problem as me.

The driver should not cause the issue, but you can try the headset without the driver installed. Seeing the LED go purple is not normal as it should only be red or blue if i recall correctly.

Can you try the headset on another computer? Does it work fine?

I would recommend you submit a support ticket with Corsair as they may be able to help.

I made a small simulation of the problem that occurs here. I formatted my computer and installed the new update of Windows Creato's Update. I tested in USB 2.0 and 3.0, uninstalled the drivers of Corsair and tried to use the standard driver of Windows and I tested in other computers and still the problem persists. I registered a ticket and am waiting for an answer.
