Today I begin to make the rear holes of the radiators, where will waste 2 ::

Small and simple idea, to smooth the circles ::

And finally mount the radiator ::

Now the two radiators are united, skipping the power supply, with rigid pipe, so I am created a template of the curvature ::

Now I connect them with its fittings ::

In the meantime a little sleeving...

Now after taking exact measurements , start to make holes for the bulkhead ::

Now step to the vertical panel of the mobo , even here the holes of the bulkhead , and the screen of the liquid temperature , and the window for Strix ::

Hello guys ... Today we start with a layout , to mesh power supply::

Once covered the area with the paper, proceed to give a nice pass from vinavil::

So look 24H::*

Now that thelayout, it is hardened for good, proceed with the 1st pass, with a little bit::*

Then go climbing with the measures of the tips::*

Removed the burrs , it introduces itself:: :D

Now it's the most fun, position the 2 lower grilles of phobya, under the desk , in the air inlet to the radiators ...

Now I take the imprint of the hexagons grid.....

And then slowly , I take all their centers .... ready for drilling .....

Here we are guys, after a little break, because night work.

I begin the adventure of 244 holes, with a tip from 6mm to start..

Some chips ...

And now a nice clean.

Now we start to make holes with a cup 16mm, with the new drill of Bosch, as my old Valex has abandoned me .

Some cutting oil , does not hurt

Chips - chips , chips and more

And yet chips

And after 3 hours

A nice clean, and tomorrow will continue , with smaller holes
