Default iCUE not changing fan colors

Hello!

Currently the latest icue version isn't registering RGB on my 4 LL120 + LL140 fans.

Info; Everything worked beforehand, until an icue update

Using a Commander Pro, latest firmware, and icue 3.7.99

It'll only effect the 4 central leds on the 1st fan in the chain.

I should add that it isn't lighting up anything past the 4 LEDs on the first fan

Can you post a screen shot of your iCue Lighting Configuration screen, please?

Try rearranging the fans on the hub. For example, swap Fan 1 with Fan 6.

Do you mean physically? I really hope not... i already went ahead and tinkered with the order and it seemed to have no effect.

Maybe this is firmware related and its registered the LL fans as ML models (which only have four leds in the center)

just a long shot really, i was hoping if i could get a previous firmware version and downgrade to try

Default Same issue

Hi I have been having the same issue . I have an msi z390 mother board which I think might be the problem since it’s mystic light app might be clashing . I even have a razor keyboard so it’s software light also be interfering with the lighting . Anyways I’m sure it’s a software issue . If you have found a solution please let me know
