h2100, voices over speakers have "buzz"

so its really not JUST the voices, all audio with I turn on my 7.1 surround sound seems to have too much bass. I have to turn it all the way down and even then when I'm listening to someone talk over the speakers their voice sounds like its the bass is screwing up.

 

did I accidentally receive screwed up headphones or what?

 

when its playing regular 2.0 stereo though it sounds fine though. Please help, I didn't buy these headphones to just NOT end up using their full potential

Have you tried playing around with the driver's equaliser settings as well as your media player?
