Default RAM and MOBO compatibility question

I was thinking of getting the below mobo & ram, has anyone had any compatibility issues that I am unaware of?

Motherboard
GIGABYTE GA-965P-DS3

They will run great in the MB just get the latest BIOS then load setup defaults and set the tested settings manually and set the memory Voltage to +.2 Volts and you will be good to go!
