Default M65 RBG custom lighting

So I just bought a new PC, and as such did a fresh install of Windows. This also meant that I needed to reinstall the CUE. Much to my dismay, the custom lighting for my mouse has been completely removed. After much digging this seems to have been the case since last year, but I had never noticed as I hadn't updated the software. I've seen a few posts of people asking when it'll be back, but I can't find any definitive answer. I bought this mouse because of the custom colours, and as of the new software, this is not the mouse I paid for.

Is this going to get fixed, and if not, how do I go about getting a refund from Corsair for a product that now no longer does what it was sold to me saying it could do?

Idk if you can get a refund but you would have to ask Corsair Support.
