Default Is TWINX2048-3200C2PT low density?

I am selling my TWINX2048-3200C2PT 2 gig pack and many people are asking is this is high or low density ram. I guess more specifically. How many chips are on each module of CMX1024? And what is the size of each IC chip? (Bare with me if I am not using the proper terminology I'm new to this)

Each pair's part number is:

XMS3202 v1.2
XMS3202 v8.1

Low or high Density is a relative term. And they would be considered High Density with most chipsets.
