Please make sure than you have the latest BIOS Version and then load setup defaults and set these settings manually and test the system with www.memtest.org to make sure its stable:
Striker
SLi ready: Disabled
Memory Voltage: 2.0v
NB Core Voltage: 1.4v
TCL: 4
TRCD: 4
TRP: 4
TRAS: 12
Command Per Clock: 2
TRC: 24
If you still get errors, test the modules one at a time to be sure its not some other problem then if needed, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! However, if you get errors with both modules that would suggest some other problem and I would test them one up and or in another system or MB to be sure. In addition, with some MB's (Mostly ASUS) you have to disable legacy USB in the bios when running any memory test.
