dgarcia
Hi, recently bought the Corsair hx850i to replace my old 600w power supply, I'm using for 2nd day and I had my second crash watching Netflix, it never happens on the the old one... Anyone with the same issue ? Should I sent to rma already?

dgarcia
It's normal the corsair box come without having any seal, I saw some unboxing of the power supply and it have the white seal on the boxes.

But you said that the ONLY THING YOU CHANGED is the PSU and this started happening? You didn't change anything else?
dgarcia
Yes, it was the only thing i changed But i suspect the psu is refurbished, i ordered from amazon and it comes without some cables (no sata cables and usb cables...) PS: i already created a ticket on corsair about this, my lucky was my friend have a hx750i and borrowed the cables.... Corsair Employee jonnyguru Posted July 9, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 9, 2020 Return it ASAP. Probably a used product from a third party seller or someone else's return. Even refurb are sealed and marked with a "RF" part number.
