Finally I was able to fix it!

I think somehow updating the firmware is the reason and the only way fix it was by using Corsair ssd toolbox and do Secure Wipe

DO NOT waste your time with corsair support THEY ARE SO DUMP one of them asked me about my computer spec and he was like let me look into it i think its not compatible and the other one insisted it's the motherboard

My MP600 came with the latest fimware and it was running great just after the Windows installation. Fast forward one or two weeks and now the write speed are not what they should be. I don't think a Secure Wipe is an acceptable solution and I expect Corsair to release a new firmware or give us an explanation at least.

Hm, okay. I was wondering if it was Sophos or something. I've personally had experiences where it would scan outside of the designated window and bog down systems.

Have you (and anyone else in here) installed the most up to date chipset drivers?

Hi, i have the same problem with MP600 1TB

Firmware: EGFM11.1

Read speed is ok but write speed is 1000 mb/s.

I have done several bench in the past days and the write speed was ok around 4300 mb/s , now for the second time in 2 weeks without any change in my configuration the speed is gone back to 1000 mb/s. I tryed to install also a clean Windows 10 on another ssd ad then bench the MP600 as secondary drive but nothing changed , write speed capped between 900-1000 mb/s.

I want to try to update the firmware of the MP600 but i can't find the ssd toolbox 1.2.5.7 version , on the download page i can find only 1.2.5.5 that i have installed.

System specs

AMD 3800x

Asus ROG x570 Crosshair VIII Hero (Wi-Fi) with latest bios and chipset drivers

G.Skilll Tridentz RGB 16gb 3600 Mhz

Please help! Thank you

Hi Matriq, there's a new firmware for the MP600 through our SSD toolbox. However, you'll need to update the toolbox to 1.2.5.7 for this to be applied. Can you try this, then run benchmarks again and share your results? Thank you!

I updated SSD Toobox to 1.2.5.7 but no new firmware available.

Do you use it as OS drive or only storage?

CrystalDiskMark 6.0.2 x64 says 5014.4 Read and 4288.4 Write on system ideling.

and with HandBrake hammering it i get 5003.8 Read and 4269.5 for write.

I havent run it long just ge it this week and my use on it is storage and games(steam).

I would have uploaded pics but its bean while when i was here and i forget that corsair cant host user pics...

anyway my system if it dosent show up is:

Ryzen 3700x Stock settings and cooler.(94C when HB runs ;) )

ASRock X570M PRO4 (MB)

Samsung 970 Evo Plus (Os and software)

Corsair Force MP600 1TB (Storage and Games)

G Skill 3600 @ AMD XMP 20-20-20-40 1T (@1.35v.)

Corasair RM650x (PSU)

BitFinix Pandora (matx case)

OS: Windows 10 64bit as AMD........... :/

If you take it to other M.2 Socket on your MB Dos it show diffrent results?

Main is still as a OS and this time im posting it shows 44% of use

and 5002.9 Read and 4276.9 Writes

Edit: I Bet Corsair and everyone else on the market, dos Speed runs as a storage drive and not as a OS drive....

blkstar73 in post #12 ran it as storage drive and write speed was not better.

I have un update on the problem.

In these days i was trying another m.2 ssd pci 4.0 (Gigabyte Aorus 1 TB).

I cloned the O.S. from the Corsair ssd to the Gigabyte and with the same windows 10 installation , i have no problem with the Gigabyte Drive (speed around 5000 mb/s read 4350 mb/s write).

Then i quick format the MP600 and the speed return in normal range without even restarting the pc....

I cloned back the system from Gigabyte to MP600 and the benchmark return to only 1000 mb/s in write.

Probably could be a problem that happens after writing some amount of data on the MP600 (my drive is full at around 60%).
