Virtuoso (non SE) so disappointing

Since today I have a Virtuoso and its so disappointing.

 

1. Sound is so bad

 

1.1 Bad bass

1.2 Bad mids

1.3 Bad heights

 

 

2. Surround sound is terrible

 

2.1 7.1 Sound sounds terrible

2.1 Its sound even more terrible when Windows Sonic is activated

2.2. With Dolby Atmos its a tiny bit better, but also bad and its only a 7 days Trial Version

 

3. The left speaker sounds different to the right. The tone is weak and not clear.

 

The only positive thing is the mic quality.

 

But overall compared to a very old G930 or a Quantum 800 or Evolve 75... This thing is crap and to expensive what u get for.

 

@Corsair How can you sell such a product? Its a shame.

Have you messed with the EQ sliders and made your own EQ? Just wondering if you have a bad headset. My sound, surround sound is great. Both speakers sound the same. Mine is a lot better then my G930, I just have pairing issues.
