I received a series of email with instructions not so clear. In one of them was attached a pre-paid DHL label to send the broken PSU at the Corsair Center in Netherland while in the following email I received other instruction to send the parcel at my expenses at Scan.co.uk centre in Bolton. I live in the UK but honestly, I don't know how to behave. I have asked more explanation to the Corsair Agent working on my request but it was not helpful.
