Zbigniew Posted August 18, 2020 Share Posted August 18, 2020 My Corsair H115 kit stopped working. The pump speed is 0. After a minute in the BIOS, the CPU temperature reaches 100 degrees. I reported the matter to the Corsair service and from July 28, they want me to send a photo of the serial numbers, to write these numbers in the next e-mail, and to confirm the shipping address again, and finally to pay for a replacement AIO set for verification. And a computer without cooling cannot work. That is why I have had Noctune D15 for 3 days and I am delighted and I am still waiting when the service will kindly take care of the implementation of the warranty provisions. At the beginning they wrote that the whole thing would take 2 weeks that have already passed. The worst thing about water cooling is that when the pump stops working, there is no cooling and the computer cannot work.
