HunterHuff Posted December 4, 2020 Share Posted December 4, 2020 (edited) As the title says. This is a new build, and I've swapped the USB header multiple times. The cooler just does not show up in the software. I even tried an older version to see if that would work (3.20.80) as well as reinstalling windows and chipset drivers. The pump is on, it is receiving power from the commander module. The fans, however, are at a very low RPM and I would really like to adjust. My motherboard is an Asus ROG Strix B550-E Gaming, with a Ryzen 7 3800x. Device manager does not show any discrepancies. One thing worth noting, whenever iCue launches, I get a USB connect then a disconnect sound. The only device that shows in iCue is my motherboard, which is the only other device capable of appearing.
