netuser247 Posted August 23, 2019 Share Posted August 23, 2019 (edited) I've had the keyboard a few days and noticed earlier that the \ and # keys are not backlit. I did a search on the forums and came across a suggested fix which referred me to iCue to manually select the keys to light them. When I first installed the keyboard however, I duly allowed the software and firmware (icue 3.8.77 and Firmware 3.08) to update and after all the updates were done, I noticed that the device setting option of UK layout had vanished. I though little about it at the time but the keyboard layout I now see in iCUE, doesn't have the 2 keys which aren't lit and I can only assume that this is where the problem occurred. Edit - A reinstall of the i-cue software reverted the settings back to UK layout and the problem was solved. Hope this helps anyone with similar issues in the future.
