wudai_e Posted September 21, 2020 Share Posted September 21, 2020 I'm having issues the the profile key not working. Switching between manually created hw profiles without the iCUE software would not work. After I cleared all the profile banks and load my own profiles with the iCUE and do the following, all the RGB keys will remain unlit, and pressing the profile button doesn't do anything: 1. click on exit from the system tray to close the iCUE software. or 2. unplug the keyboard and plug it into a PC without iCUE software. Any fix on this? I'm using the lastest iCUE software and the firmware of the keyboard is also the lastest. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employee Corsair Nick Posted September 21, 2020 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 21, 2020 Make sure that you have lighting set in the Hardware Lighting dropdown in iCUE on the left side. If you set everything in Lighting Effects, and copy the profile to the keyboard, there will be no lighting effects applied to the keyboard.
