Leorising Posted September 20, 2020 Share Posted September 20, 2020 (edited) Just out of the box, plugged in and works fine, but when I plug the wireless dongle, nothing. Try going into the Settings tab, select Virtuoso, then click the pairing button with the headset in Wireless mode. If this doesn't work, you can also perform a Firmware Update in the same tab.
