Default RAM overclock

Hello, a quick question about Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 2x16GB 3200MHz CL16.
I want to overclock my RAM with XMP or preferably with custom settings to maximize performance. However, I'd love to have 4 sticks of RAM in my PC to fill all slots. Have I got the Light enhancement kit, would it interfere with overclocking or the BIOS won't even recognize fake RAM is there? I've read 2x16 is the same as 4x8 performance-wise, however 2x16 gives me headroom for going to 4x16. Also, what primary and secondary timings are recommended to get a stable yet effective 2x16 overclock?
Thanks for help!

I can't answer for the overclock, but i can say that the decorative sticks are not seen anywhere in the bios.

They only connect to the SMbus in order to control lighting. memory connexions are totally absent from the PCB
