samsonsin Posted September 8, 2015 Share Posted September 8, 2015 The headset main LED should blink when connecting it to the dongle, i get that. Thing is, it never goes to a solid blue. It keeps blinking as if it was still trying to connect. Other then this ive had no problems with it at all. Although i just bought it today. Is it not supposed to light up constantly when its connected??? I might just return it then as i need to drive by the store tomorrow anyways. Ideas?? Corsair Chris Posted September 9, 2015 Share Posted September 9, 2015 The blue LED isn't intended to stay lit. Whenever the power button is pressed while the headset is on the LED will light up blue. Is it just the normal H2100 that stays lit and the grayhawk is different in that way? Absolutely sure. The H2100 and Greyhawk should behave the same, and it should not be constantly lit. It'll light up periodically, or will light up when the button is pressed (while it is on). If you're talking about the dongle, then correct the dongle will stay lit.
