czonin Posted May 16, 2019 Share Posted May 16, 2019 I saw that there was a firmware update available today for the mouse and dongle. It looks like the mouse firmware was updated but trying to update the dongle crashes iCUE. I tried restarting iCUE and my PC but the same thing happens. Currently having an issue where I'm playing Modern Warfare and my Ironclaw just loses its settings and the DPI changes. Yet in Icue it all looks normal. Even resetting the mouse doesn't fix this.
