New Budget Build

Hello Everyone. I was wondering if you could look over my budget build and let me know if there are areas to improve. Cost is a big factor but so is performance. This will be used to play average games at medium to high settings. The games will be older or with generally low requirements (ex: Payday 2, League of Legends, Left 4 Dead 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Final Fantasy).

All prices are after tax, minus rebates, plus postage/envelope/shipping/etc costs. I found these prices over the past couple weeks. I am using the OS from a previous build and making that into a pure linux box instead of dual boot so I already have Windows 7 Pro. I'm waiting for a better deal on memory so I'm holding off on that for now. I saw a few deals for around 60 bucks for 8GB DDR3 1600 but I'm trying to wait for 1333.

I can already play league of legends, just at very low settings. I still get something like 57~60 fps. Payday 2 is a different story, it's quite jumpy. Which is why I want to make a new budget machine. This current one I use cost me about $250 about six years ago. This one will likely run around $300. I will likely overclock it since the anniversary edition is made for overclocking. I've heard good things about this processors overclocking ability. I'm thinking I can probably hit 4GHz relatively easily.
