Luscombe
I bought a K63 a year ago because I needed a wireless MKB. I am not a gamer, I just needed a wireless KB to work with my Surface Pro. All of a sudden the keyboard stopped working. It will not take a charge nor will it work when connected through the USB cable. I suspect that the connection in the case has failed. At this point what are my options? Can I get parts to repair or should I just replace it? Thanks in advance.
Corsair Employee Corsair Elito Posted November 26, 2019 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 26, 2019 I would suggest installing iCUE software to update the drivers. That may be the issue you're experiencing. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/downloads
Apophis3
You may benefit from doing a soft and/or hard reset.
Luscombe
Update on my K63. Emailed customer service and went through a series of checks with no change. Corsair sent me an RMA and will replace the KB under warranty. I am impressed and grateful. My Anne Pro 2 died too. Turns out that may be a throw away KB.
