DavidK Posted July 4, 2013 Share Posted July 4, 2013 Hello, I installed the H60 on my i5 4670k LGA 1150 and I am getting high temperatures, idle at 50c and on load 90c. The pump unit is only lukewarm and the radiator is cold to the touch. Could the problem be that there is a poor connection between the CPU and the pump unit? I felt that I screwed it on hard enough. I used the LGA 1155/1156 standoff screws, could they be the wrong ones?
